Elisabetta Franchi Fall 2015 is a creative meeting of urban chic joins Asian influence and coalesces into a dramatic collection of fashions. Elisabetta weaves the boldness of the West with the mystery of the Far East and produces a buffet of styles with allure that oozes comfort but are functional too. Some styles feature delicate Asian styled illustrations or even a dazzling tiger pattern, while others use elements of informal Kimonos. The Kimonos are flowing silk and sheer fabrics layered over sexy bustiers and worn with crisp Capri dress pants. Other designs are illuminated with copious gold beading and eye catching metallic separates. My favorites are the lace ups. Lace up booties and boots. The lace up dresses. I also like the swingy details, the rope tie belts with tassels and the long, silk earrings. Leather gloves are a sexy accessory too. Last, I especially like the hair sticks. Hair sticks are a chic way to tie up your hair whether it be for an evening look, casual or career style. They also don’t break your hair the way that clips and bands can and are not only easy to use but also rather inexpensive.
