Carolina Herrera’s designs are always elegant and chic but she also continues to stay on the cutting edge of what is contemporary, keeping her work fresh and crisp. This spring palette is fresh with feminine pinks, hints of lilac, alluring midnight blues or always dramatic black and white. Styles are light, airy and flowing. Fabrics make you want to slip into them or simply caress them. Styles focus on the shape with flirty, feminine skirts in varying lengths, often with sheer fabric that draws attention to a woman’s curves and fit and sexy legs. Pleats are an integral aspect of the shape forming lines in the designs, coalescing with creative and figure flattering geometric patterns. Textures are 3 dimensional and beg to be touched.
