Sitka Semsch Spring 2014
The Sitka Semsch Spring 2014 Collection is flirtatious and feminine. At times it has an air of Boho that is especially creative, though it is much too refined to be considered Bohemian. Her crochet work is super feminine and fine like doily crochet and Sitka uses it in conjunction with unique lace accents. She pairs it with wide leg pants, as a delicate layer on a dress or on billowy skirts with strong emphasis on the hips.
Sitka pairs sheer fabrics in interesting ways too. One dress features a sheer layer of fabric over a small floral print, that is subtle and flowing, beautiful dress. Another sheer fabric design features a leaf pattern and layers over a light, ruffly skirt with a wide, fringed, sashay belt riding on the hip. I love the green she chose. It is such a soft, flattering green and almost appears as a neutral. The green maxi is exquisite. The collection is very pretty and also practical. Love it ❤
