Nicole Miller Spring 2014

Nicole Miller Spring 2014 is creative and trend setting day to night styles that overflow with embroidery, beading and artfully crafted sequins. They’re paired with knitwear, lace and distinct elements of leather. Fabrics are imaginatively designed and meld into the mix. There seems to be a lot going on at the same time, but then it all blends together like a divine recipe. One fabric has an all over pattern of multicolored chandeliers and another looks like hand painted watercolor flowers. I love the embroidered and backless evening gown, the poetic ruffled blouse with leather pants and embroidered jacket. A leather vest over a light but heavily beaded dress is hot and sassy. A lace pencil skirt paired with a short cropped top that has a tiny geometric peek-a-boo pattern is clever and unique. The sequin design elements are amazing.
