Ralph Rucci Spring 2014 styles are all sleek, sophisticated and contemporary. The collection is artfully designed and expertly crafted. I love the minimalism of the collection and it’s expert tailoring cannot be ignored. The knee length coats are sharp. Many designs incorporate lots of sheer and lightweight fabric and light as air layering that is very appealing and totally feminine.

There are numerous textures that are SO creative! There’s 3-dimensional textures that look like flowers and several others that are added like a mosaic. Leather is embossed in strategic designs, rows of ripple-type ruffles, light feathery effects that sparkle. There’s a little jacket that appears encrusted in rock candy. Sequins add iridescence on gowns and dresses. Some are tiny and light, others big and bold. Macrame is used too. All of the textures pair beautifully and add lots of creative interest and depth to this Ralph Rucci collection. I want to touch them all!
