Kimene Slattery-Ching is a Queensland-based, award-winning dance photographer. She is a professional member of The Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) and in association with Dance Portfolios, Queensland Dance Photography and Save the Children Foundation.
Kimene has danced since she was 3. She was trained with the Royal Academy of Dance. She continued her studies in Dance Movement with the International Dance Therapy Institute of Australia (Cert/IDTIA).
Maintaining a keen interest in rehabilitative – expressive dance movement, Kimene turned to her camera to combine her two loves – dance and photography.
